Engineering is the product
Before any equipment is supplied, the system is calculated, drawn and checked. These are the disciplines behind every project.

Hydraulic calculations
Every sprinkler and hydrant network is calculated node by node, from the most remote head back to the pump, so the water supply is proven on paper before it is built.
p = 6.05×10⁵ · Q¹·⁸⁵ / (C¹·⁸⁵ · d⁴·⁸⁷)Hazen–Williams · p bar/m · d mm
Fire pump sizing
Pumps are selected so the system demand sits on the curve with margin, and the curve meets the churn and overload limits of NFPA 20.
Clean agent quantity
A first estimate of HFC-227ea (FM-200) for a total-flooding enclosure. Change the room to see the effect.
W = (V / s) · C / (100 − C)s = 0.1269 + 0.000513 · T (m³/kg, T °C)
Indicative only. Final quantities follow NFPA 2001 / ISO 14520, the manufacturer’s flow calculation, altitude correction and an enclosure integrity test.
Fire alarm design
Addressable loops are wired as Class A with short-circuit isolators, so a single fault never takes out more than one section of the building.
CCTV design
Cameras are placed by the pixel density each zone needs, not by count. Every zone gets a DORI target per IEC 62676-4.
Access control design
Every controlled door is scheduled: reader, lock, exit device and how it behaves on fire alarm.
| Door | Reader | Lock | On fire alarm |
|---|---|---|---|
| D-G-01 Main entrance | Card + face | Maglock | Release |
| D-01-04 Server room | Card + PIN | Electric strike | Free egress only |
| D-B-02 Stair door | Card | Maglock | Release |
Drawings & handover
Drawings move through defined revisions, and the as-built set records exactly what was installed.
